CAN YOU HELP?
We are on the hunt for a small dinghy or inflatable to use as our retrieval boat when one of our RC yachts decides to stop cooperating!
Stability is the big priority. We need something suitable for two people, with room to safely retrieve a model yacht, and capable of taking a small outboard.
Perhaps you’ve got one tucked away in the shed, or know someone who does? We’d love to have a look.

If you are interested, or know someone who might be, please get in touch. We have extra boats available for you to try free of charge, so you can see whether you enjoy it.

You can make arrangements with us to meet down at the lake during a quiet time, where you can have a go in a relaxed, controlled setting with no pressure to race—just come along and see what it feels like.
And if you happen to be down at the lake while we’re sailing, don’t be shy—come and have a chat with any of us.
We’re always happy to talk, and we’re keen to spread the word that this is a fun sport that anyone can get into.
